Israeli Cardamom

Preparation:

Add a full cup of filtered water, to a Turkish coffee pot and place on stovetop, start to boil the water, add one full teaspoon of Silk Spice Coffee with Cardamom to the pot.
Stir slowly. Bring coffee mixture to a boil over medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes, so keep a close watch.
As the coffee warms, you will see a dark foam building up, you will see the coffee raising to a boil, it is crucial to lift the pot as soon as the foam reaches the top,
this is when it is ready.
Pour to the cup - the coffee grind powder sinks to the bottom of the cup and the remaining liquid is consumed.
Leaving the coffee unfiltered results in better health benefits, aroma and flavor concentration compared to other preparation methods/
